Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders as displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Leather Lorec is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at leatherlorec@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, Leather Lorec primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
